A while ago, my good friend Lily asked if I wanted to collaborate for a post centered around food and exercise. Believe it or not, we've already had our first snowfall and the temperatures are dropping well below freezing. The trees are nearly bare, and beneath the frost, the ground is covered with a thick blanket of dry and colorless leaves.
